1. ORDERS AND BILLING

1.1 Prices, billing cadence, any setup fees, applicable taxes, included resources, and renewal conditions are determined by the checkout disclosure and order confirmation.

1.2 Fees are normally due in advance. Orders may be held for identity, payment, abuse, or fraud checks. Activation time estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

1.3 Subscription renewal occurs only with appropriate authorization and the disclosures required by applicable law. Hostly will not impose recurring charges solely because a customer accepted a free trial.

2. CANCELLATION

2.1 Customers may request cancellation through the authenticated customer account or other cancellation method made available for the order. Cancellation stops future recurring billing in accordance with disclosed terms.

2.2 Unless specifically stated otherwise, paid service access continues through the prepaid period when cancellation is scheduled for the end of that period; immediate termination may result in earlier loss of access.

2.3 Cancellation does not automatically refund the unused portion of a paid period or remove charges already incurred, subject to mandatory law and express written guarantees.

3. REFUNDS AND CREDITS

3.1 Fees for provisioned digital infrastructure are generally non-refundable once service begins, except as required by law, an express written promotion, or the applicable SLA.

3.2 Hostly may voluntarily issue a partial refund or account credit as a goodwill exception without establishing an ongoing obligation or precedent.

3.3 Promotional credits, service credits and discounts generally have no cash value and cannot be converted to a refund unless law requires it. Refunds, if approved, are normally returned to the original payment method.

4. OVERDUE SERVICES AND DATA

4.1 Hostly may restrict or suspend services when payment is overdue or payment verification fails. Any courtesy grace period is optional unless promised in writing or mandated by law.

4.2 Once service access is suspended or terminated, Customer Content may be unavailable or deleted without a guaranteed preservation interval. Customers must retain independent backups and must not assume that late payment restores deleted data.

5. CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD

5.1 Customers should submit billing errors to Hostly support. Hostly reserves its right to provide lawful evidence in chargeback proceedings.

5.2 Repeated fraudulent payment use, deliberately false disputes, or identity manipulation may lead to suspension and further investigation. This does not prevent legitimate disputes with payment issuers or regulators.

6. PRICE CHANGES AND PROMOTIONS

6.1 Renewal prices may change with legally required prior notice; paid periods are not repriced retrospectively.

6.2 Trial credits, coupons, referral benefits and lifetime discounts apply only to qualifying items and customers described in the offer. A lifetime discount expressly promised for eligible services is honored according to that offer while eligibility remains satisfied; the promise does not automatically extend to products not covered by the offer.

6.3 Where an offer permits sharing a coupon, sharing alone is not abuse. Fraudulent duplicates, resale contrary to published rules, or circumvention of usage limits can be restricted.
