Backup copies may persist for the applicable technical rotation period. Customer-hosted content is governed by the Backup & Data Retention Policy, which does not promise a universal restoration window. Data is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to lawful exceptions.

We apply risk-based administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, which may include transport encryption, access restrictions, and security monitoring. No storage or transmission system is completely secure. Where law requires, we notify affected individuals and authorities of qualifying security incidents within the applicable deadlines.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Hostly or its infrastructure partners operate.
