1. ELIGIBILITY AND DURATION
1.1 Trials, including any advertised three-day promotion, are discretionary, capacity-limited offers provided only to eligible accounts under the specific checkout terms.
1.2 Trial availability, limits, included resources, region and expiry are governed by the actual promotional offer and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders.
1.3 Hostly may verify identity, payment legitimacy and eligibility, and restrict repeated signups intended to evade usage limits.
2. PERMITTED PURPOSES
2.1 Trials are intended for legitimate evaluation of game panels, applications, websites and hosting features within disclosed quotas.
2.2 VPN services (including WireGuard or OpenVPN), GRE or similar tunnels, open proxies, exit nodes, anonymizing services, cryptocurrency mining, excessive stress tests, abusive bulk traffic and unlawful uses are not permitted during the trial.
2.3 Activities that interfere with the network or other customers may result in throttling, suspension, or early termination without a promise of reinstatement.
3. EXPIRY AND PAYMENT
3.1 Trial access may end at the displayed expiry time. Data may then become inaccessible or be removed; customers should export content in advance.
3.2 A free trial does not automatically enroll a customer in paid recurring billing unless the customer separately receives required disclosures and expressly authorizes that arrangement.
3.3 Purchasing a paid plan does not guarantee recovery of expired trial data unless Hostly expressly confirms that migration or preservation is available.
4. LIMITATIONS
4.1 Hostly may restrict trial features, quotas, IPs, ports and network access for fraud and capacity management; advertised paid-plan features need not be included in trials.
4.2 Any express written trial-specific promise and non-waivable consumer rights take precedence over conflicting general trial rules.
